Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) /

Region: Autumn Lake Healthcare
Shift: [AP] 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (30-minute break)

 

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

• Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and overall health status.

• Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort.

• Document care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

• Follow facility protocols and maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

• Adapt to flexible scheduling with weekend and every-other-week availability requirements.
